XIKAR Limited Lifetime Warranty

We are proud to offer our limited lifetime warranty on your XIKAR.com accessory. Registering your XIKAR.com item is not required for warranty service. XIKAR.com reserves the right to repair, or replace at our discretion. Returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent, depending on the age and condition of the return.

XIKAR.com limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover wear and tear from normal use.  Items that have been tampered with or only contain physical damage are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and will be rejected upon receipt. Do not disassemble your accessory in attempt to repair it yourself, as this will void the warranty coverage. XIKAR.com lighters, cutters, humidors, travel cases, hygrometers and ashtrays are all covered by XIKAR.com Limited Lifetime Warranty. Consumable products, including, but not limited to, butane and humidification are not covered under XIKAR.com Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The TSA in the United States and most other air travel regulators worldwide do not permit "torch" or "jet" lighters on board aircrafts (regardless if filled or empty of fuel or stored in checked or carry-on baggage) and will confiscate your lighter. The XIKAR.com limited lifetime warranty does not cover lighters that have been confiscated by the TSA or any other travel regulatory body.

IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend that you insure your product shipment to XIKAR.com and obtain tracking service. XIKAR.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility.

Consumer returns are limited to 2 items per claim, and each claim is handled individually and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. XIKAR.com reserves the right to approve or reject warranty claims at our discretion.

Proof of purchase is required to process your claim. Items must be purchased through XIKAR.com or one of its authorized retailers. Items purchased through third party resellers will not be covered.

All international customers are responsible for the shipping fee to and from our main warehouse; orders that have not been paid in full will not be fulfilled/shipped until payment has been received. Any active returns with an open balance past 1 year will be closed until that customer reaches out for payment. For all claims filed with the resolution of Warranty, you may be required to provide additional information to customs to avoid having to pay duties on your warrantied item(s). For all claims filed with the resolution of Credit; you will be required to pay duties on items purchased through XIKAR.com.com, as customs will view this as a new purchase.

International returns from overseas (Europe, Asia, Africa, Etc) would need to contact that countries designated distributor for a replacement. You may find your distributor here

Please keep in mind: If you have an item that does not appear on the list, please choose the “Can’t find your product” option when prompted; and upload a photo of your item. We will then review your claim and properly identify your item.

The 3-digit SKU number and name of your item can also be found on the barcode sticker on the packaging/box.

XIKAR.com Limited Lifetime Warranty: Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after we have received your claim. At this point, your item(s) will be shipped to the address provided on the warranty claim. Claims ready to ship will not be held for any reason. Items listed as sentimental will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the claim.
